Dan is a Partner at Atomico, based in London. He is responsible for leading and evolving our Growth Acceleration Team. Dan brings extensive global experience in technology talent and staffing to help portfolio companies find, grow and keep the best employees. Dan was the Talent lead at Google scaling the company in EMEA from 100 to 10,000 and Skype from 300 to 3,000. He is currently on the board of Bossa Studios, Oh Bibi and OnTruck; and was previously on the boards of JobandTalent and Peakon.
Dan has helped gamechanging companies including 6Wunderkinder, Gympass, Klarna, Lilium, MessageBird, Omio, Supercell, Truecaller and Varjo strengthen their leadership teams, build recruitment processes, build manager effectiveness programmes, design compensation programmes and create internal communications plans.
Dan is a modest guy so you would never know that he is a Guinness World Record holder for the world’s largest syrtaki dance in Rhodes 2008.
